Terms of Participation – Hidden Nature

• Please inform us of your preferred meeting point and return location at least 18 hours before the experience begins, at info@hiddennature.gr.
• Hidden Nature is not responsible if a participant misses the experience due to a change of meeting point without timely notification.
• Participants are required to follow the instructions of the driver/guide.
• Safety rules must be respected at all times.
• Participants must inform us of any health conditions that may affect their participation.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted only for individuals over 18 years old, in accordance with national regulations.
• Children may participate only when accompanied by an adult.
• Please inform us of any food allergies at the time of booking.
• Each participant is responsible for any damage caused at visited locations or to the transport vehicle.
• We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

Weather Conditions

Please note that the daily experience program may be modified depending on current weather conditions.
In case of unfavorable weather, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• The booking is confirmed upon full payment of the amount.
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the experience begins.
• Cancellations or changes within 24 hours are not accepted.
• No-show results in a 100% charge of the total amount.
• No refunds are provided in case of early departure from the activity.
• Minimum participation: 4 people (otherwise the experience may be canceled).
